Privacy Policy for the “SpaceTransfer” Website

General Provisions

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) governs the processing of personal data collected by the “SpaceTransfer” website when a User uses it.

This document has been developed in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” No. 2297-VI dated June 1, 2010, as well as other regulatory acts of Ukraine governing the collection, storage, and processing of personal information on Internet resources.

This Policy sets forth the principles for the collection and use of personal data of individuals visiting the website https://spacetransfer.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), as well as the conditions for its storage and protection.

Information about Users may be collected automatically using special services and software tools during their interaction with the Website. By continuing to use the Website—including browsing pages or placing orders—the User confirms their agreement to the terms of this Policy.

If a User does not agree with the provisions of this Policy, they must immediately cease using the Website.

This Policy, including all amendments and additions made to it, is governed by the current laws of Ukraine.

Key Terms and Definitions

“Site Administration” — employees authorized to manage the website on behalf of SpaceTransfer, who process Users’ personal data, determine the purposes and methods of such processing, and establish the scope of information to be collected, stored, and used.

“Personal Data” means any information relating to a natural person that allows for the direct or indirect identification of that person (the data subject).

“SpaceTransfer Website User” (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) — a natural person who accesses the website via the Internet and uses its functionality.

“Cookie”—a small text file sent by a web server and stored on the User’s device, which allows the browser to automatically transmit information to the server with each request to the website.

“IP address” — a unique numerical identifier for a device on the Internet, assigned in accordance with the IP protocol.

Types of Personal Information

For the purposes of this Policy, personal information includes:

Data that the User voluntarily provides when registering an account, using the Site, and placing orders. Required information necessary for the Site to function is marked with special indicators. Other information is provided at the User’s discretion

This Policy applies exclusively to personal data collected and processed during interaction with the Site. The Administration is not responsible for the processing of information by third parties in cases where the User follows external links posted on the Site.

The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the User and does not verify the User’s legal capacity.

Purpose of Processing Users' Personal Data

The Website collects and processes only the personal data necessary for its proper operation and the provision of high-quality services. No other information is collected or stored, unless required by Ukrainian law.

The Website Administration processes personal data for the following purposes:

1. To identify the User in the context of their interaction with the Website and to fulfill the agreement entered into with them.

2. To ensure an appropriate level of service, provide services, and fulfill obligations under the concluded agreements.

3. To inform the User (with their consent) about new products, special offers, prices, and newsletters, as well as to share relevant information from the Website’s partners.

4. To send notifications, respond to the User’s inquiries, and process their requests.

5. Optimizing the Website’s performance, developing new features and services, and improving the user experience to ensure a convenient interaction with the resource.

6. Displaying targeted advertising that matches the User’s interests.
