Subject Matter of the Agreement

Any amendments to the terms of the agreement take effect upon their publication on the web portal.

The Administration reserves the right to edit the content of this agreement at its discretion, without the need to coordinate changes with the other party.
To ensure the security and accuracy of published content, the Administration has the right to verify data posted by Users and to take action if inaccurate or prohibited information is detected.
