A private transfer is a personalized trip created just for you. You choose the pickup time and location, the route, and any stops along the way; the car is reserved exclusively for you, with no other passengers.

Ordering a transfer is very simple:

Yes, a prepayment is required to confirm your booking. The amount of the prepayment depends on the route, type of vehicle, and total cost of the trip. In most cases, the prepayment is fixed at €200, but the exact amount may vary depending on the specific transfer. After making the prepayment, your booking will be guaranteed and the car will be reserved for the specified date and time. The prepayment is made to our bank account. The remaining amount, if any, can be paid by another agreed method.

The prepayment can be refunded if the transfer is canceled no later than 7 days before the booked date of travel. If the transfer is canceled less than 7 days before the scheduled date, the prepayment is non-refundable, as the car and driver are reserved specifically for your order.

Exception 1: If the transfer was booked less than 24 hours before the trip and the customer cancels the booking within 1 hour of making it, the prepayment can be refunded. This is possible provided that the car and driver have not yet been assigned to perform the transfer.

Exception 2: If the trip is canceled less than 7 days before the transfer date, the prepayment is non-refundable but can be transferred to the next trip on a one-time basis. This is possible provided that the car and driver have not yet been assigned to fulfill the original booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your transfer, we recommend that you contact our support team as soon as possible so that we can offer you possible options.
